Mr. Liu specializes in litigation and non-litigation affairs in the field of corporations and engineering construction, and successively acted as the legal adviser of tens of government agencies, enterprises and institutions like Organization Department of Chengdu Municipal Party Committee, China Jikan Research Institute of Engineering, Investigations and Designs Co., Ltd., Shanxi Zhongji Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd., Sichuan Zhingtai Construction Co., Ltd. etc.
