      Huitao practices in fields of administrative hearings, administrative reconsideration, administrative procedures and state indemnity involved in the following fields but not limited: environmental protection; administration for industry and commerce; taxation; customs; public security administration; financial supervision; foreign exchange; real estate and land; technical supervision; pharmaceuticals and health; state-owned assets administration; governmental procurement; administrative indemnity and judicial indemnity in particular, a special working group for government counsels has been established to provide legal services for Chengdu Municipal Government, esp. Huitao represented the Government to participate in negotiation with foreign investment in Sichuan by AE&R Group, Inc. of California (USA), KWH Environmental Protection Catalysts Co., Ltd.(Germany), Framatome ANP Co. (France), SM Investment Group(Philippine) etc. and provided full legal services on behalf of the Government.
