HuiTao’s lawyer Zhang Xiaoyuan delivered a lecture on the newly enacted Property Rights law of P.R.China
On September 12, 2007, Mr. Zhang Xiaoyuan made a lecture for Sichuan Treasure Department on the newly enacted Property Rights law of China. The Chinese property Rights Law is enacted for and tailored to the rapid development of socialist market economy and the great change of social structure in China. The law is largely concerned with the interests of different levels and elicited extensive attention. Mr. Zhang, being an expert in the field, elucidated the law in terms of its principle and significance in his speech which won high praise.
