Mr. Xu Tao was invited to give legal lectures by China Nuclear Southwest Construction Group
On December 21, 2009, Mr. Xu Tao, partner of Sichuan Huitao Law Firm, was invited by China Nuclear Southwest Construction Group Co., Ltd.(CNSCG) to give a legal lecture “on How to Sign and Execute Construction Contracts” so as to regulate its corporate management and control legal risks. The relevant officers and employees of CNSCG attended the lecture. Mr. Xu analyzed the hot issues of the construction contracts with particular cases, including progress payment, completion settlement, claims, documentation management, etc. and the audience sang high praise for the lecture and said it was quite practical. The lecture was a great success.
