Huitao Law Firm Offered legal Services for Chengdu No.2 Ring Express Way BOT Project
On December 2, 2009, Sichuan Huitao Law Firm, through public bidding by Chengdu Transportation Commission, was chosen special-item legal service agency for the investor bidding on Sichuan Province and Chengdu City key project--Chengdu No.2 Ring Express Way Project.
Chengdu No.2 Ring Express Way shall be 220 km, and cost 27 billion yuan RMB, and be built under BOT model. The express way shall be the longest way and the investment scale shall be the biggest project in Sichuan Province. Once completed, the express way shall facilitate the economic development of Chengdu City and its surrounding areas.
