From May 22 to 26 2009, Mr. hu chunhua was invited to attend “CDM project explore and financing and international new situation and hotspot analysis”seminar held by National Development and Reform Commission in Nan jing. Recently, CDM projects have developed quickly in China, and become one of partners in international CDM important projects. Till now, china has approved over 2000 projects, in which there is 500 have been registered in U.N. CDM（EB）and the sighed decrease emission reached over 100 million tons. Our firm is one of the earliest CDM law service providers and got rich experiences, and over dozens of our CDM projects have been approved by National Development and Reform Commission, and part of them have been registered in EB. In this seminar, Mr. Hu has a deep exchange and discussion with CDM project management officials, experts and other attendants through practical problems in his practice and hotspot problems and how to manage the law risk in the background of financial crisis, which has been confirmed fully by attendants.  Through this seminar, our firm has increased our national effect and known in CDM field.
