August 8, 2007, in order to push the“ national urban and agricultural zone comprehensive reform &experimental zone”. Attorney Li Qijun gave a lecture to over 200 leaders from chegndu governments on common legal problems existing in the BOT, BT, TOT projects etc. and capital & investment attraction, city infrastructure construction, land cleaning and so on.
