The movement of Chengdu Labor Cultural Palace had been one of great projects specified by the city planning of Chengdu Municipal Government in 2005, which covers a variety of matters with regard to foreign investment, reconstruction of old city and capital financing. The Palace　was located downtown and once operated by some enterprises, so lots of issued were unresolved. Considering the complicated legal relationship involved in the project including the flowing of great amount of money, and the values of land of 1 billion yuan, the Government entrusted Huitao to deal in the legal matters arising from the movement of the Palace. Upon the entrustment, Mr.Li Qijun, director of Huitao, altogether with his team members, made a deep and detailed investigation into the matters in terms of facts and laws and put up with dozens of feasible legal reports and plans thereof. Due to the lawyer’s efforts, the project was finally accomplished to the greatest satisfaction of all the partied concerned.
