From Aug. 13 to 15 of 2009, the 8th china lawyer seminar was held in Cheng du, over 1200 lawyers attended the seminar from 32 provinces, cities, Autonomous Region and Hong Kong, Macao etc, presenting a an exceptionally grand occasion.
The topic of this seminar is “mission, responsibility, development—providing law service to the rapid and stable china economy development”, which was deeply researched and exchanged to give lawyer more social responsibility and push the modern lawyer industry to a further development. Mr. Li qijun and Mr. Hu chunhua were invited to give a wonderful speech respectively on new time lawyer CCP construction work and new type lawyer business in this seminar.
One of light spots of this seminar is the lawyer CCP construction work. Mr. Li qijjun shared and exchanged CCP construction work (4 points) in our law firm with the attendants. Mr. Hu chunhua’s topic is “law risk and management of CDM purchase agreement”. Through rich experiences of CDM legal service and the full grasp of CDM rules and procedures, Mr. Hu give a wonderful speech on ERPA agreement CERs, ERPA agreement preconditions, the quantity of CERs( the option of excess CER and post-2012 CERs, Generation Failure, Transfer Failure and replace CERs), the delivery of CERs, CERs L.C. payment etc., which attract attendants’s interest and hot discussion.
